So easy and delicious! You can't go wrong with this recipe. I added golden raisins to mine and loved it.

Delicious! I added golden raisins and a touch more sugar. I omitted the jam and I'll definitely make it again!

This is My Favourite Rice Pudding w/Berries recipe!Taste Fantastic. Am sad that Americans are discouraged from Metric Cooking. A more precise way with the Best results.Sad as well, only One U.K. cook on Foodnetwork at this Time. Ms.Nigella Lawson. If she goes, We All Lose! Yet, try Chef Jamie's Rice Pudding.Better than "Eton Mess" which is delish!

Wow...easiest ever rice pudding. Added raisins to mine and we drink 1% so I substituted 2 cups of 1% for 1/2 & 1/2 light. Very creamy. Also did not have vanilla sugar so I added a teaspoon of real vanilla extract. Delicious.

I froze a bunch of strawberries from our garden this past summer. I had planned to make a pie but 1 I didn't have enough, and 2 there were too many ingredients that would overshadow the fresh strawberries. No cornstarch or gelatin for me! So I made this jam. It is so wonderful, it seems decadant but it's not. Only 1/2 cup of sugar and real vanilla. YUM! AND SO EASY.

The recipe was easy enough, but it honestly just wasn't sweet enough. We ended up grabbing some honey and putting quite a lot in our bowls. The texture and richness were good.

Again and again, I'm so impressed with Jamie. His down-to-earth attitude towards food is wonderful! It is nice to have a program that shows where your food REALLY comes from (not a box?? and then how to bring it into your kitchen and make something awesome and delicious from it. New or inexperienced cooks really need shows like this. Food Network needs more shows like Jamies.. and I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewer comments on the overkill of Rachael Ray... I love her, but its NOT the rachaelray network is it? Im actually getting sick of seeing her face... too bad. And Jamie.. Thanks for the easy Jam recipe! No more smuckers for me! I can control the sugar in this recipe..Awesome!

I enjoy the simple ways he prepares his dishes. The rice pudding was smooth and creamy. The strawberry jam just added a nice and unexpected flavor to the pudding.
I would love to see Jamie around 6 pm in the evenings, its my time to enjoy a cup of tea. I think 3 shows a day with Rachael Ray is just too much. Its overkill.

The recipe was clear and easy to follow, and delicious enough to commit to memory since there are such few ingredients.
