    This chef needs a show.This is a restaurant dish.I would expect to pay 25.00 and up for this.Very good.I have never used rosemary on steak before and it is so good.Thanks for the recipe.Loved the lil potatoes with it,works great in an iron skillet.I used a tip that I learned here,heat the skillet before putting oil in it and nothing will stick.It works.....

    Delightful taste and very easy to make . the added suggestions were helpful.. I used this to serve 75 people and it was a hit not only on the steaks but veggies as well.
