The whole meal tasted very delicious! Loved the taste of olives, pancetta, basil and chicken altogether. Excellent recipe to entertain guests for a meal...

Fast, yummy, pleasing to the eye and all in one pan! Perfect for an expact now living in an apartment with a VERY small kitchen. And the clean up was a cinch! Great recipe!

This recipe was easy to cook and delicious. The only thing I would change is half the pancetta amount, cause it came out a bit too salty for my taste.

I loved cooking this dish! It was so easy and very flavorful. I especially liked the way the pancetta and chicken tasted together. The portion was perfect and cooking everything in one pan made clean-up easy. I can't wait to have it again1

This recipe is very easy and delicious! Sear your Asparagus just slightly. Wen also used a very lean bacon. Jamie Oliver aka The Naked Chef - ROCKS my culinary world!

Another family favorite in short order! I have substituted fresh green beans (preferably the little haricot vert tres fine, if you can find them in your local market for the asparagus since my daughters aren't so crazy for asparagus. And if you can't find pancetta, regular smoked bacon will do nicely. Thick cut works best.

With the chicken breast cut to look like a hand with three fingers, it cooks up quickly. This is a gorgeous dish that takes no time at all and looks fantastic on a plate for guests. Very colorful and flavorful.

I always make this when I want to impress someone but don't have a lot of time to fix something proper. I like to serve on it on white rice because I love the taste of tomatoes and rice together. Plus add the rice helps stretch the dish, which you are going to want to do because everyone wants seconds and thirds.

I rated this 5 stars because my family said it was something you'd get in a 5 star restaurant. We all loved the taste and I loved the simplicity of prep and clean up.

This dish rocks! So fast, and easy to fix and clean up after. Even the young kids wanted seconds. Add more meat and veggies to stretch the dish to serve more people. Thanks for this great recipe!!!!!
