    I believe the recipe should read 5 eggs rather than 5 egg yolks. I first made the recipe with 5 egg yolks, and what came out was nothing resembling pasta dough. However, after trying again with 5 eggs, the recipe worked well. Just be sure to roll out the dough very thin!
