    Fantastic Job Jamie! This is the best Tiramisu i've ever had and I will continue to make this for years to come.

    This recipe was easy since I have a digital scale, but not liking the chocolate sponge too much. The marsala wine added good flavor but a bit overbearing for the marscapone mixture.

    I did the recepe for all my colleges (6 menon my ship and they were fighting for the last bits. Finally the last bit has been sold for ?7,50
