Thanks to the reviewer who gave the other ideas for use of this delicious recipe! The popcorn use is great, but those are great ideas for nuts and other snacks. Savory Spice Shop has some other blends that would be great for popcorn and other snacks. They even have a popcorn gift box set! www.savoryspiceshop.com

Measurments given on the show varied from the printed recipe for 3 items in the Paris Cheese Seasoning (on show directions: Chives (2 teaspoons, tarragon (2 teaspoons and dillweed (1 1/2 Tablespoons. Can anyone at Food Network clarify the recipe?

Read the recipe and wondered how the PARIS CHEESE would influence snack items. I made the Paris Cheese per recipe then applied to variety of warm, roasted nuts...delicious. Then I tried the Paris Cheese on oyster crackers. Wonderful. A cocktail party of 24 people...the Paris Cheese items were quickly eliminated.

I do not enjoy popcorn BUT the flavor and use of the Paris Cheese hits the top. I hope any one reading this tries using the Paris Cheese and then tells all of us what it was. Think about any food that is deep fried (french fries, onion rings, chicken wings etc.. Have fun.
