All you could taste was the spice. My family scraped the sauce off the ribs and suggested we regular bbq sauce.

The only thing I could taste on these ribs was the 5 spice powder. It was like eating potpourri. My whole family hated it.

I made this on Sunday after seeing the show on Saturday.
IThe five spice powder was way too intense. It was all you could taste , could not tell there was even peanut butter in the sauce. Toning down the 5 spice would help a lot. Don't thiink I would luse this recipe unless I di some adjusting..
