Made this for my family as written and it was excellent! Moist, great flavor and the sauce is perfect. I did not make sandwiches with it as we ate it as a main course with sides of vegetables and potatoes. I'm sure as a sandwich it would be awesome as well. Definitely a keeper - thank you Sandwich King!!!

This is the very best meat loaf I have ever made and I have made plenty. I finally gave up making them because they were always hard and dry. Made this one after seeing the show and it was great. Even my husband, who is not a meat loaf fan, loved it. He came in and made a meat loaf sandwich the next day while I was away! We both love Jeff's show and find him LOL funny! He is adorable and I would "adopt" him in a minute! I am going to try his oven roasted potatoes with dinner tonight.

I don't typically like meatloaf but this is great and my husband LOVED it. The glaze is fantastic!

I'm not a meatloaf fan, but my husband is so I tried this recipe and we loved it! It's the only recipe I'll use for meatloaf.

YUM! I also just used ground beef and pork and it was so yummy!! He's so hilarious don't you just wish you could get a pocket sized "Sandwich King"?!

I've made this meatloaf three times now and passed it on to friends! It is so easy and cooks perfect every single time! The only change I made was using 1 lb. of ground pork instead of 1/2 pork, 1/2 veal because vedal is not available at my grocery store. I think this change make it even more affordable since I can always find ground beef and pork on sale. I haven't tried it as a sandwich.
