Found some potatoes that needed to be made, thought of mashed which took me to meatloaf. I figured we'd eat part of the meatloaf by itselt and then use the rest for sandwiches. Well, the meatloaf was so good I don't think it will make it to sandwiches. I think I'll have to make it again soon for that. Thanks for the great recipe and thanks for keeping me laughing through the show-love it!

We were so amazed at how good this was. One of the best meatloaf's I have ever made. We have made this about three times since seeing the show. Would recommend you give this one a try.

This is the best meatloaf I have ever made! One small change, I used only ground beef the second time I made this. The ground pork gave it a little bit of a weird flavor, I thought.

I made it for my visiting relatives and everyone loved it and made sandwiches. Didn't think I'd like the saltines but it worked out, and the sauce, yum! Not only can Jeff cook, but he is funny!! And cute!

I'm not a meat eater but when I saw this episode I knew I wanted to make this sandwich. Instead of Jeff's meatloaf recipe, I made my favorite meatless loaf but added his sauce on top of it. I used his idea to add pickles and french fried onions and serve it on potato rolls. My hubby had it with cheese. I had mine without. Such a delicious and filling sandwich. My hubby still raves about it and asks for it every week.

Saw this recipe on tv today and decided to make meatloaf for dinner. It was delightful and will be made again many times. I only made one alteration- 8 ounces of spicy ground pork ( in addition to the 8 ounces of ground pork the recipe call for instead of veal. Five stars, two thumbs up, very yummy.

For 14 years, my husband has refused to try my meatloaf. After watching the Sandwich King, he said he would give this recipe a shot. And he LOVED it. The meatloaf was tender, juicy and tasty. Well, we loved it, so much so that I am making it twice in one week. Give it a try!
