This recipe is GREAT. I did however make some changes to the recipe. I used ground turkey and CHEESE NIPS instead. AMAZING. (I think cheese nips are truly the "secret ingredient" in meatloaf...try it, I promise it won't disappoint!

I also used a loaf pan. It took me about 1hr 45mins to get the meat to be about 160 degrees on an instant read thermometer.

Was so excited to try this recipe today when I saw the show and it did not disappoint. Could not find veal so we used extra pork instead. The glaze was amazing, I will never go back to regular ketchup on meatloaf, I think the glaze would make a boot taste delicious! The meatloaf was very moist, I personally prefer a drier meatloaf so next time I will use more crackers but this recipe is a definite keeper. Excited for lunch leftovers tomorrow!

I watched the show this morning with my wife and oldest daughter and I just happened to planning on making a meatloaf tomorrow,so I changed my mind and made it today. I do alot of the cooking in my home and I am always looking for new recipes so it doesn't feel like the same old thing. Well we loved the meatloaf so thank you. We plan on making the soup and grilled cheese sandwiches next weekend as my wife loves gryuer cheese. Once again thanks for a great dinner.

My husband and I saw the show earlier and instantly new what was for dinner. We substituted the veal for sausage. The meatloaf was very tender and juicy. We will definitely be making this for dinner again.

Watched this morning and had to go out and get the ingredients for the meatloaf. I omitted the veal and used just the chuck and pork. I must say, it's my new meatloaf recipe now!! The sauce for the top is so good. Thanks Jeff!!

Great show today! My Husband and I laughed out loud. We made the meatloaf today and just had a sandwich. (no pickles The sandwich made us so happy! It was dangerously good...I could eat that all day long! The sauce was amazing, I didn't want the fried onions but my Husband talked me into it and I'm so glad he did. We clapped our hands after the sandwich was gone, because we thought it deserved an applause. = Thank you for the recipe! I will try the french onion grilled cheese and tomato bisque later this week!

I saw the show this morning, just as I was getting ready to go to the store. Meatloaf with pork? I was a little skeptical, but wanted to try it anyway. I was not able to get veal, so I used half ground chuck and half ground pork. Everything else was exactly as Jeff suggested. AMAZING meatloaf. And the glaze was incredible. I will be making this again. Even my picky husband was thrilled. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Saw this on the show today and thought theres dinner! So easy. Had to taste it right out of the oven. Moist, flavorful, loved it. Didn't have the 3 meat mixture so I substituted 1 lb. beef with 1lb. ground turkey. For the crackers I used Keebler multi grain club. Had hubby try a bite and all I heard was mmmmmm . Definitely make this my go to recipe. Also made the tomato bisque soup. Can't wait for dinner!
