Great sandwich! The slaw was the best. I don't like raw cabbage, but in this dish it was GREAT! I used green cabbage instead, but only because red wasn't available. In my own error I used the dijon mustard in the sauce, but it still tasted great! I love the show and that Jeff adds humor to the show. Cooking needs to be fun! Keep the funny coming.

This recipe is awesome! I'm so glad Jeff won the show! I had fun making these sliders and I kept saying Boom just like Jeff did when he taped his pilot with Guy! Jeff makes us laugh and we can't wait until next week's show!

fish and chips are a family favorite and Jeff's sandwich idea with the added fennel and the sauce make it more of a treat.
Jeff show is fun and helpful. I was not rooting for him originally in the contest but sure am a fan of hes now. I hope you will have repeats of his show when we can't watch the sunday time slot. jharrine

I love fish, so of course this was great. Jeff is right: any meal can be made into a sandwich.

I am a working mom with a 3 month old, so time is important. I bought pre-made ingredients. I had never thought of putting cole slaw on a fish sandwich. It was amazing. I am going to do that every time. I can't wait until I have to time to make everything like he did on the show instead of buying the pre-made stuff. This will definitely go into the dinner rotation.
