For some reason my oven fries didn't come out crunchy...they came out a little bit soggy. I'm thinking maybe I drizzled them with too much oil? Anyway, these were awesome! So flavorful and delicious. I'll definitely be making them again!

These sounded so good when I saw Jeff make them on the show! I ran right out & got all of the ingredients. These are now one of my family's favorites! Thanks Jeff!

These oven fries are soooo good. No modifications needed. I've made them a few times already and will be having them again for a Father's Day dinner with steak! I won't roast potatos any other way from now on!

Perfectly cooked all the way through with a nice crunch to the outside. Soaking the fries before hand is a must, I had never tried this before and it really is the trick to getting a crispy oven baked fry. I wasn't a huge fan of the buttery greasiness and found the flavor a little bland. Will make next time without the butter and add some spiciness. Baking time was perfect for my oven.

Yummy!!! I couldn't believe how good these turned out. The best oven fries I ever made. Took alittle longer because I didn't put oven on 500, will next time.

Hands down... best oven fries I ever made from scratch! They have the absolute perfect combination of crispiness while at the same time being buttery and just the right amount of seasoning. Will never use another oven-fries recipe.

I made these fries for dinner with my in-laws and everyone loved them! They were so crispy and flavorful. I served mine with homemade pesto. Delicious!

Best oven fries I've ever made!. I used 2 large baking potatoes, cut in half, then in half again, then 2-3 wedges. After soaking and draining the potatoes I let them dry on paper towels while I worked on prepping the rest of the meal, this is an important step so DO NOT SKIP! I also cranked the oven temp up to 500 and they turned out perfectly. I used the amount of butter and garlic called for in the recipe and didn't have any sogginess problems at all. Served them with ranch sour cream dipping sauce, they were delectable!

Excellent. I cut each potato into 8 wedges and otherwise stuck with the recipe. Stayed crunchy with the garlic butter.
