Jeff, my husband picked you as the winner from the first episode. At first I wasn't so sure but you won me over. Love your show, love your food. Keep up the great work!

After watching your show my wife and I decided, what the heck, and made the Italian Beef Chicago stye sandwich. Your show is name right, the King of Sandwiches...my grown children and grand kids came over to help us eat it all! What a great idea and a TERRIFIC sandwich. I live on sandwiches and was thrilled to find your show...bring on more fun!

My husband and I watched this episode and immediately started salivating. My step dad and step brother are from St. Paul and they talk about the beef sandwiches all the time. I thought this would be a great way to remind them of home. So, I cooked and invited them over. Our family from up north had already sent us some amazing giardinara and we added provolone cheese. Needless to say, every single bit of this meal was eaten in one night. Super delicious! It made my northern family happy and it made this pregnant mommy extra happy. Thanks so much! Looking forward to more yummy recipes.

My son and I watched the premier episode and then I asked if he thought we should make one of the sandwiches - he said "let's make both!" We went out an bought all the ingredients for everything from the first show.
This sandwich was my favorite of the two and is maybe now one of my all time favorite sandwiches! So juicy and delicious, and the Giardinara added a great crunch. But it is super messy!

With Hurricane Irene heading to the east coast last weekend, I prepared the roast and giardiniera on Saturday so we'd be ready for any power outage on Sunday when the storm hit. I roasted the peppers on the grill, and my husband and I agree that this is one of the most delicious sandwiches we've ever had. It is just scrumptious and the house smells so wonderful while its cooking. I enjoyed watching Jeff on Food Network Star and now Sandwich King is on our DVR list of shows to record.
I can't wait to try his other creations!.

This was so yummy! Good for families too. My kids ate the pot roast with the rolls on the side and without the giardinera. My husband and I ate it all piled on the bun and I added swiss cheese too. Can't wait to try more of Jeff's sandwich recipes!

I loved this recipe. I tried it for the first time and absolutely loved a fresh spin on what I have been cooking for 20 years. Jeff, you are great and I'm glad the Food Network selected you as the Next Food Network Star. I hoped you'd win from the very beginning. Susan Diamond, Austin, TX
