Best sandwich I've ever had, fairly easy to make. I made the spinach, my sister made the sauce and my mom made the steak. We added more bleu cheese and dijon for more flavor. We loved this sandwich and I cant wait to make more of his creations .Fun for the family to cook together.

Just made this for dinner, absolutely fantastic! It was so flavorful and yummy. Love the show and the quick off sight visits with butchers and restaurants. Keep that fabulous and funny personality, it adds so much to the shows.

Loved this!!! I did cheat though and used a top self buttermilk blue cheese dressing. Will be making this alot. Probably will be great in fall with a hearty potato soup. Great job Jeff, look forward to more great sandwiches!!

This was one of the best sandwiches I have eaten since I moved to Michigan from New Jersey in 1964. Thank you Food Network for giving us another shining star to follow. Vernell Neal, St. Clair Shores, Michigan

I love watching the Sandwich King. At last recipes anyone can make easily and quickly. I think Sandwich King is the best person you could have chosen for the Food Network Star.

Jeff just makes me want to make everything he has made so far. Great show. This sandwich was awesome!!! Very quick to make and super tasty. I'm not a fan of heat from red pepper flakes so I went easy on that. Next time, I will add horseradish for another level of flavor.

As a working woman I appreciate healthy recipes that taste good, are versatile and QUICK. Spinach was deliciious just by itself. As for the blue cheese dressing, I plan to utilize it in lots of ways - it was really good on a blt!

Our famiily watched Jeff win the show and couldn't wait to try one of his recipes. I have to admit I didn't expect to like cooked spinach on a sandwich. . .so when my husband and sons came home with the ingredients I figured why not give it a try. It was rediculous! The spinach was the best and the dressing was so wonderful that I have made it twice. We will never buy bottled dressing again.

I thought the Greek taco was good. What Greek taco? This was incredibly good, really great, and because of Jeff, my boys 12 & 18 are following the recipe on Food Network and cooking dinner for me. The only draw back is that it was expensive to make. Blue cheese is like $4.99 and for just 2 tbsp? On the other hand, this is THE BEST SANDWICH EVER.... so far...tuning in next week....
