I'm usually not a big fan of hotdogs. However watching your show today while you made those Chicago Style Hot Dogs with Homemade relish certainly inspired me to try your version of them. Picked up some great recipes today and love the great sense of humor with every recipe you make. Thanks a whole bunch.

As usual Jeff's meals are awesome! This Chicago style hot dog meal is great. The only thing I don't understand is the "pile on the french fries" and then roll them up... which kinda defeats the purpose of frying them crispy - but then it's part of the deal. Wrapping the dog in the paper is important. It kinda gets all the steam and moisture and flavors mingling even more. Very Good!
