Easy to make and very tasty! they did not last more than 24 hours. We ate them cookie style to save on calories.
    Jeff's humor is a plus!

Easy to make - tastes is very good - problem - they are very crumbly - I melted the marshmallows separately and then put them on the cookie. I then put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Did not work - still too crumbly.

I think that the funny, humorous Jeff is a great addition to his recipes. This one Truly takes the cake Easy and Delish.

Very easy to make. The pies tasted like devil food cake. They were pretty moist and the chocolately flavor was perfect! They did crumble after we had eaten to the center of the pie. I did make them big as Jeff suggested - you'll need them a bit bigger to fit the marshmellow and strawberry filling. You do need to keep a closde eye when broiling the marshmellow. Next time, I will hand torch the marshmellows to brulee them more consistently. I enjoyed making them and everyone enjoyed eating them.

These whoopie pies turned out even better than I was expecting. Assembling them, I was really looking forward to finishing my girlfriend's as she's not as into sweets as I am. It was rich enough, however, that I was done after finishing my own.

The recipe was straight forward and simple to follow.

The cakes did crumble a little bit on me, but had a great moist crumb and flavor. I'm considering using some of the leftovers with some more traditional whoopie pie filling and freezing them for later in the month.
