    I thought this recipe was quite delicious. I omitted the habanero pepper because I didn't have one on hand. I liked the addition of mango.

    So delicious. I kept the avocado chunky too. Used a jalapeño because I am a wimp. It was the best guacamole I've ever had and I'm not even a fan of mango...yum!!!

    I made this the other night along with jeff 's recipe for steak fajitas. instead of the habanero pepper I added a little bit of mild tabasco sauce that I found recently made from green chilies and it was excellent!

    LOVE Jeff! This guacamole is so tasty. Was a little skeptical at first with the mango, but it is perfect! My husband raved it is the best I've ever made. Used 1 jalapeno vs. habanaro and might use more next time. YUMMY!

    Fantastic! Easy to make. What's not to love with mango. Even my 17 year old son loved it after he just looked at it funny first.

    I am a big fan of good old fashion guacamole, but the idea of adding mango sounded exciting. I made this just last night and it was excellent! I am not a fan of heat so I left the hot pepper out. I also omitted the red pepper because it was a bit expensive at my local market. The guac was still delicious! Be sure to keep an eye out for a ripe mango though. I believe it makes all the difference.

    YUM!!! Adding this side to our list of favorites! Since it was just for my husband and I, we used one avocado, a quarter of the mango, a tablespoon of red onion, 2 tablespoons red pepper, 1 lime juiced, salt, pepper, a bit of garlic, about 1/8 of a cup of cilantro, and half of a habanero (next time I'll use the whole pepper. Simple and delicious.
