I used a ham steak, which I cooked before running through the food processor. This is good on crackers. I didn't care for the ketchup I think we will use mustard, considering this is a Halloween idea the goblin can have a different color of blood shot eyes. Will make this again for Thanksgiving, just not do the blood shot eyes.

The eyeball sandwiches were very clever. I just made the deviled ham & it was delicious!! For health reasons we cut out processed foods last year so we don't buy the deviled ham in a can anymore. This was such a treat. I ate it on organic gluten free crackers & my husband had his on whole grain bread. Thank you for the great recipe! Definitely a keeper.
