    Just made this tonight with the roasted tomato bisque and it was hands down the best grilled cheese/tomato soup combo I have ever had. It is perfect, I would make them together since they compliment each other perfectly!

    This is not a 10-minute grilled cheese, but the time it takes to cook down the onions to just the right consistency, combined with the cheese was just incredible. We used Havarti instead of Gruyere, and 5-grain sourdough bread. Fantastic!

    Made this today for lunch.....had to use swiss cheese but even still it was great!!! The onions were great! THANKS JEFF....GLAD YOU ARE BACK....(I also made the soup and it was awesome
