Delicious! I've tried other focaccia recipes and this is the best so far. However, like another reviewer I would also suggest a larger baking sheet. It overflowed the edges!

Made the pretzel bread...wonderful!!! Moved to Fl from Chi-town and love Jeff's recipes! Will be making this often for my 3 hungry guys. Can't wait to try the focaccia sandwich!!

OUTSTANDING. This turned out perfectly and I followed his recipe step by step with the exception of the addition of some flax seeds. If there is one suggestion I'd make it is to use a larger pan than called for. I actually used a 10x15 and it turned out pretty thick, but still perfect. I don't think mine needed to bake as long either. Love Jeff and his demeanor.
