I love Greek!!!! The flavors in this sandwich are so inviting. I really think the cucumber tomato relish gave this sandwich its unique texture. I have always had an issue with making Tzatziki and this recipe was perfect!! Look forward to making these sandwiches as an appetizer for my next get together!
