If I had my way I would fix this every day it is so good. I love Veggie's and Naan bread and the goat cheese spread is to die for on this sandwich. Do give this one try and I think you will be pleased.

I only made the marinade and used it on chicken, let me just tell you YUMMY! I didn't have the veggies on hand at the time, but did have some chicken and everything needed for the marinade! I just let the chicken marinade for about 1 1/2 hours and then my husband threw it on the grill. So, happy I saw this episode! Can't wait to make it again on chicken and can't wait to try it on the veggies. And I can't wait to try out the spread.

Delicious! That marinade and goat cheese spread would make anything taste good. I would love to try using Greek gyro bread next time.

Made this for wife and I tonight and it's a winner. Didn't include the banana peppers because they didn't have it them at the grocery store. Will try it with them next time but was just fine without it. One suggestion, related to Peebsy-Weebsy's comment about the spread. Combining the two main ingredients was OK but I didn't cut down this part of the recipe from 4 to 2 servings, thinking I'd save half for some other day. Forgot to tell my wife that when I asked her to spread it on the naan bread (my bad. It was a bit overpowering. I thought Jeff spread it pretty thin on the episode, now I know why.
After our first 2 bites, both my wife and I had the same comment.... can't wait to make this for our vegetarian daughter when she comes home from college.

This was a very tasty. The marinade smelled great even before I started grilling. I substituted a red pepper for the banana pepper because that's what I had in the fridge, otherwise I made the recipe as written. The only thing I would change would be the cheese/sundried tomato spread. The amount of tomatoes overwhelmed the goat cheese and I didn't even taste it. I think next time I would either use less tomato or put the two ingredients on the sandwich seperately rather than making them into a spread. I used two pieces of naan and made one big sandwich wich my hubby and I split and that was a big meal. This was very messy to eat but worth it. I think I would make this more often during the summer when I have squash and peppers fresh from the garden.

It looks yummy!!! I did notice in one clip Jeff said ricotta and sundried tomatoes and when he went to make it he used goat cheese. Goat cheese sounds like a better accompaniment.
