Made this at work for a special, and it was a hit. College kids loved it! Great recipe.

This stuff rocks! I made it to go along with his Italian Beef, and as good as that Beef is, I think I like this even more. I added a little bit of diced onion to it, and a little bit of dried marjoram along with the dried oregano, but otherwise I followed this to the letter. I've got it in a sealed jar in the fridge now and it will be really good on other things too. I like the idea, as others have said, of making this for gifts!

Easy to make and probably the best I've had! I'm tempted to add capers to it, but Jeff's recipe is almost perfect. Capers can always be added when serving, so as not to disrupt the original flavors of this recipe.

Like other reviewers, my husband and I made this as Christmas gifts, it's a wonderfully unique and inexpensive idea. I've already received rave reviews! Thanks Jeff! We love your show!

Love it. Made it for the second time, doubled recipe so I can give as gifts. Had a chopped salad for dinner last evening, used the gardiniera (or however you spell it over the salad, no dressing needed and also to make it more of a meal, I mixed about 2 generous tablespoons of it with boiled spuds to serve with salad. It was fab

I have made this twice so far and will be making it again today. I even used the oil that was left behind to season a pasta salad. Yummy!!!
