My wife and I made this tonight and it was spectacular! It is a little messy. Next time we will put the mac n' cheese in a 9x13 to make it a little more user friendly. The hot sauce makes a great addition and is a must. Being only my wife and I, the mac and cheese will make great leftovers by itself!

DIdn't make the sandwich but made the Easy Mac and Cheese. It was amazing! I needed to use 16oz. of pasta for all the cheese sauce it made but it was well worth it. So good that I made it for Thanksgiving and there were no leftovers!

Just made this for my daughter- without the hot sauce. She loves it! She even let me have a bite to show me how good it is...yummmm!
