This was fabulous! I made it for my wife and 2 kids (8 and 9 Saturday night, and they loved it so much we had it again Sunday night! We all loved watching Food Network Star each week, and were all pulling for Jeff. We all agreed that his was the type of food we were most likely to make, and boom... one show, and we already got an amazing recipe. We're looking forward to making a veggie version as well, using the fig spread, roasted bell peppers, portabello mushrooms, etc. Keep up the good work, Sandwich King!

Surprisingly delicious. From Ohio and had to find a specialty story to find the Mortagdella and the cheese. Well worth the hunt!

This sandwich was just as I hoped it would. Jeff described it perfectly. I don't even like bologna type meats but I had to try this sandwich and it was great! The fig mixture makes a lot but I will be able to use it during the week for other sandwiches instead of mayo.

Go Jeff! Great sandwich! The fig and balsamic spread worked really well with the sharp fontenella and the mortedella.

We really enjoyed a version of this sandwich after seeing it on your first episode. I did a little improve in that I grabbed a cranberry honey mustard to substitute for the fig, but stayed true to the rest of the ingredients. Delicious! We will definitely have this again. Looking forward to ideas from future shows!

see what you have for us in your future episodes. Also Food Network, you picked a winner
as I see Jeff in other types of series you have.
