Raspberry mayo??? There is NO way I would have normally tried this recipe except that Jeff made it sound so good. My husband and I were amazed - the flavor combination with the schnitzel and biscuit was great! I'll never want a plain jane schnitzel again - this made it fabulous. I have to admit, I cheated and went by KFC on the way home for the biscuits :
