Made this last weekend for my Father-in-Law and he was VERY impressed and asked for the recipe. Fantastic! Thanks Jeff!

My 7 year old son and I were watching this show. He asked me to make this soup. I followed the recipe. This was a great soup. My children loved it. I makes more than 4 servings, but I am glad that it did. I got to take it for lunch!
    Great recipe, Jeff!

Really good! I couldn't get the texture quite right, I think it may have been that my carrots were pretty big and they didn't blend down fine enough. After I blended it, I thought it was still missing a little something-something so I added a squeeze of sriracha and it really kicked it up a bit. I will definitely make it again! Thanks Jeff!

YUM! Was delish with the french onion grilled cheese sandwich :-
HOWEVER, the sandwich is BIG - I could only eat 1/2 and couldn't finish my bowl of soup!! You're gonna love it!! <3

DELICIOUS! We also made a grilled cheese with white sharp cheddar and muenster cheese...oh my goodness I was thinking about it all the next day, how good the flavors were with the delicious roasted tomato bisque!
Jeff you are totally fun to watch...I knew I had to make this dish that night...the mark of a great TV chef! Awesome! Thanks!

Having never been a fan of tomato soup from the can, this recipe redeems tomato soup. It's hearty, luscious, and big on flavor. It's also waistline friendly if the 1/2 & 1/2 is substituted with skim--and it doesn't diminish the taste.

Loved it! The sherry is what really did it for me by really adding depth. I had forgotten to pick up heavy cream, but added mascarpone cheese instead which, of course, I now keep in the fridge all the time thanks to Food Network. So kudos Jeff and I just love your show!
