Bland pork, and fatty to boot. Didn't taste like a Cuban without pressed, crunchy bread. A big disappointment.

This was a HUGE hit with my family. Our usual use of pork shoulder is in BBQ - so this was a new way of thinking for us. We were so pleasantly surprised! It was so easy and flavorful! Thanks Jeff - we look forward to your show each week!

I am Cuban and this pork recipe is easy, tasty and most importantly DELICIOUS! Funny this recipe started out as a "Cuban Sandwich" but at my house the sandwich where the leftovers. The night I made this it was our main dish with Rice, Black Beans and "Yuca con Mojo" typical Cuban meal.

I love the carisma that Jeff has, it is truly a pleasure to see him at work.

The pulled pork was so flavorful. Easy to make and the smells made me anticipate dinner all day! Served the pork on Hawaiian rolls with mustand and pickles. Will definitely make this again and again.

This is a keeper.Absolutely delicious. We had the sandwhich which was fabulous, but then served the leftover meat on rice with black beans and corn. One of the best pork recipes I have come across, and will make it again and again. I have to admit, I was a little sceptical about the Sandwhich King show when it first started, but it is now is one of my favorite programs on Food Network. Jeff's recipes are spot on and I love to watch him cook his food.

A++ on this variation of a Cubano sandwich. I love this show. There's nothing that Jeff makes that I certainly wouldn't try.

I've had Cuban sandwiches before and, since I had leftover Thanksgiving turkey, I used shredded breast instead of pork. Easy to make and SUPER TASTY!!! Thanks Jeff!!!
