    Easy to make and very good. I took the advice of several people here that posted and doubled the seasoning. It was good but I think it would have been better if I had followed the recipe the way it says to make them. To each their own. I'll be doing just that this coming weekend.

    Make sure you use the wire rack prior to frying to let the extra batter drop off....and double the seasoning for sure. Great recipe I wish I wouldn't have made the pieces so small but I liked everything besides that and they seemed to go over well. Easy and simple to make.

    Oh.. My... Sweet Potatoes! These are SOOOO good. I try to order sweet potato fries whenever they are available, and these are the BEST ones I have ever had. Yum Yum Yummy. I made them exactly as recipe says and they are delicious. The seasoning pairs perfectly with the crispy sweetness of the sweet potatoes.
    Ps- I happened to have this avocado sauce on hand (minus the mint from another recipe and it was a delicious dip for these.

    Very good! I bought a bag of prepackaged sweet potato fries and battered them, then fried them. Crispy & great! I accidently put everying into my cornstarch & soda mix, but it was still great!
