So easy to make and everyone in the family loved them. I'm only allowed to make them this way from now on....We loved you on Food Network Star and we love your show also. The Wingate family.

Made them as published and loved them. I'd only recommend doubling the amount of ingredients to the seasoning so as to get a good coating on all the fries.

If you don't think you like sweet potatoe fries, try these. I don't care for sweet potatoes at all, and then husband wanted me to try some frozen ones he bought. Didn't change my mind. Ok, we made these last night along with yukon gold (for me. I am a believer. While mine were still good, I was shocked how good the sweet potatoes were. My new favorite. Give these a try, simply delicious.

i luv this recipe, i prefer sweet potato fries over white potato fries, but i could never get them crunchy. I was glad to see jeff (who by the way i wanted to win, did a recipe that i think is the best for the sweet potato fries. If the recipe is followed, the end result is a crunchy tasty fry, something i use to only dream of. Thanks jeff for making that happen!

Jeff great tips on keeping crisp fries trying this on chips tonight fingers crossed. We went the hell to town with the fries by adding a drizzle of honey and crumbled blue cheese. Keep it up Jeff!

These are really good and come out very crunchy as Jeff promised. I have made sweet pototes in all kinds of dishes, but never fries until now. I knew I had to learn the secret because my husband was always buying the frozen one's which I think are too expensive. This was so easy, tasty and econonical to boot. I was so happy Jeff won because I love his personality and I knew I would enjoy learning how to make all kinds of new sandwiches. Ever since I got my pannini machine I have really gotten in to making them in different ways. I also made the cod with these which turned out really well too.
