    Hola Jeffrey!

Esta receta la trate con mi esposo esta semana y nos fascino! A el no le gusta la comida picante asi..que tuve que sustituir el Chile Paste por Salsa verde y un quito de ancho pepers ..pero igualmente quedo exquisita! Gracias!

This is a 10 star dish. Can't wait to make it again. And it was sooo easy.
Hope Jeffrey gets a spot on Food Network. In addition to melissa's show.
After trying this Fish Taco recipe, am looking forward to making more of his dishes.

Although I think Melissa does a great job, I was pulling for Jeffrey throughout the season. He is elegant and talented and I feel he has a lot to teach us. Please be certain that Jeffrey gets his own show! Your audience is more sophisticated than you may think! (This recipe was excellent!

First of all, let me say how happy I am that you are still here on FoodNetwork. I loved watching you cook. Your food knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious!! I love fish tacos and these sound wonderful. I haven't tried them yet, but from the list of ingredients, they sound yummy. I might try some fennel mixed with crunchy cabbage in place of the lettuce, but otherwise, I will try it as written!!

    So good to see you!

This recipe is amazing! Jeffrey knows his spices. We thought the Mole sauce was going to be too spicy for us, but it was perfect. Fast, healthy, and totally yummy. Get this man on TV!

First, I will review the chef, then the recipe. Jeffrey Saad: This guy makes food seem alive. Seriously. He has Bobby Flay's incredible way of creating a taste (layers of intense, delectable heaven!, but he also has an ability to bring passion to description of food. He is better in front of the camera than Bobby Flay, Melissa (!, and most of the food network stars! He has a "draw" similar to Paula Deen, but in a totally different way.

The dish: Sweet Jesus! This is the most unusual and incredible dish I've ever tasted. It is SO uniquely delicious. Flavors I have never tasted, that join together in delicious harmony. The anise-coated fish (dark, spicy, liquorish-hinted flavor with a mole that is like a nectar laden with a sweet spicy tomato-and-chile flair that strangely hints of the Middle East. One change I made in the recipe, since I don't like raisins, is to use honey instead. I also added cilantro, which was perfect. Let me move on and say that the crunch from the iceberg lettuce was perfect with the whole dish. And who, other than this Jeffrey Saad, would have thought of putting a corn tortilla in the blender?!

    Try this recipe and enjoy!

The spice was terrible, way too much of it. Next time, I won't drown the fish with it and we'll see how it goes. Once you buy this spice, though, there's not much else to do with it.

A fabulous recipe and great tips like knowing when the fish is done and how to heat the tortillas.
I wish Jeffrey was on TV. He encourages me to try new spices.......
This was a real winner with my family.
