Ingredients
  • Frosting:
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Combine softened cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Fold in coconut flakes and chopped pecans.
