    I made this Jicama Slaw with a fish recipe from Ultimate Tyler and a coconut shrimp recipe from Cookin at Home With Paula and it was a wonderful meal. This slaw was slightly sweet yet tangy and the fruit in it really hit the spot for a change from regular cold slaw. The only thing I did different was I made it the day before and I added a little bit of sugar. Then before I served it I drained a little bit of the juice because the sugar thinned it out, and added a little bit more mayo. Everyone just loved it and I even had to send some home with one of my friends she loved it so much. Thank you Sandra for a wonderful slaw recipe.
