Ingredients
- 5 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups matchstick cut jicama
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbs. celery seeds
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well. Cover and set aside until serving.
