Made this (minus the tomatoes to a Potluck at my school and it was BY FAR the biggest hit of the night!!
It was completely gone before everyone could try some ... there was a ton of people raving.

I highly highly highly recommend this dish!!!

Great recipe. I did not have the sun-dried tomatoes. I'm sure that would have been wonderful as well.

I would say the amount of butter/mayo mixture would do at least 3 loaves of bread, definitely not just 2. Next time I might reduce the amount of mayo a bit, per our tastes. I'm also going to try topping with chopped artichoke hearts and provolone/mozzarella.

    Will definitely make again.

It makes me a little pived when I get on here to read reviews for a RECIPE and there are BS comments on how a person looks. DONT WATCH THE DAMN SHOW. How hard is that? My guess is that the ones who are leaving the comments about looks are one insecure in their own skin and are teaching their kids the same bad manners. Its not what a person looks like that means a damn thing. Its all about personality, self confidence, self respect and the wonderful thing they do in their everyday life. Guys food.

I will be using this recipe every time i make pasta. YUMMY!!!

Some of the other reviewers were right, If you make the whole batch you can't stop eating it. Outstanding. Some of the other reviewers are a bit negative. If you don't like the jewelry or his looks, don't watch the show! I find him refreshing and passionate about his food. You can't say that about all the shows on food network. lighten up.

This is our favorite garlic bread! My husband was a little suspicious of eating whole garlic cloves, but they are so soft and just add that extra something. We will make this time and time again!

This bread is wonderful! I'm not a fan of mayo (I'm a Miracle Whip-kinda-girl, and was a bit skeptical, but I guess it makes the spread creamerier, becuase you couldnot even taste it!

One suggestion, I put the garlic in the mixture before it was compleletely cooled, and it melted the already room temp butter, and I had to stick it in the freezer for a bit; so make sure to complelety cool the garlic before squeezing it in the butter mixture!

Oh! And I skipped on the roasted tomatoes- they were too expensive : Still the bread is a definite keeper.
