    I give this recipe 5 stars because it was both easy and tasty. I wanted to make German Potato salad but had limited time. This fit the bill perfectly. Although, I actually think it tasted better the second day as the flavors had time to meld. I did not make my own mayo. I just used Hellman's mayo and it worked fine.
