It's easy to make delicious freshly squeezed orange juice at home, as long as you keep a few tips in mind. For the best-tasting juice, choose a sweet variety, such as navel or hamlin, and keep the fruit at room temperature prior to juicing (oranges yield less juice when they are cold). Before cutting oranges in half for juicing, roll them on a hard surface with the palm of your hand to soften them.
