I have never had friends begging for more chips, but these were a real hit. A truly unique approach to food. Can't wait to see more from Justin.

Today was rainy and icky and since I was to be stuck in the house all day, I decided to give these a shot. Got the cheeses in the oven at 3 am ( had a touch of insomnia and they were ready to serve with lunch. Big hit! I used my spice grinder for the cooked cheese, and also added just a touch of chipotle chili powder. Next time I will try ancho chili powder. And nothing beats homemade corn tortilla chips - I always have corn tortillas on hand for this very purpose. Thanks for great homemade "dorito". Who would have thought you could do this at home?
