This worked out great. Asparagus was tender and had a lot of flavor.

When I get my picky son to not only try a new veggie but ask for more then this is the recipe for me. It has turned into one of his favorites..

My husband even said it was the best asparagus we've had. I also liked the tip about breaking off the woody part. Great hint!

This recipe was so great even my fiancee enjoyed it, and it's always so hard to get him to eat healthy vegetables. I also added some minced garlic and some shredded asiago cheese!! Very Tasty!!!

It can't get any easier than this. There is something to be said for simplicity.

This was the best asparagus I have ever tried. The key is the olive oil and the coarse salt!!!! I used regular peppar instead of cracked pepper and it still was very good. You can also shave some gouda or parmesan cheese for extra flavor. I just can't believe how simple and tasty this recipe was. It was so easy I will prepare asaparagus this way from now on!

This is a good recipe. I like it even better when you add a little minced garlic and lemon before baking the asparagus.
