These are excellent fries. These easily go with steaks or burgers. You can put cheddar cheese on them too, even though the cheese kinda makes the calories and fat go up. The best part about them is that they are delicious without using a frier.

These potatoes have a good flavor, I like the chili powder. I might have sliced the potatoes too thick, as they were soggy, but I liked them just the same. Maybe next time I'll try and slice them thinner.
