    Very Moist

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Great recipe!! I tweaked the recipe just a little bit, to take out some of the fat. I replaced the 5tbsp of butter with... 6tblsp of applesauce, and added chobani vanilla yogurt in place of the buttermilk.Lastly I only used wheat flour. The result, a very moist bread, I will definately make this again!!Read more

I loved this recipe. I have been trying to find the perfect recipe for this and this is it for me. The recipes that I used... in the past were just too dense. This one is very moist. I did add another 1/4 cup sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla . This is a keeper.Read more

    Very good

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
The first time I made this it tasted like something was missing. The next time I made this I added some vanilla and a little... nutmeg. It turned out fantastic. I split up the batter into 4 mini loaf pans to cut down on baking time. The bread turned out very moist. Read more
