    My favorite snowy weather treat

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This recipe tastes great just the way it is and I've made it many times over the past couple of years. It's nice to cuddle up... in a blanket on the sofa with a nice hot cup of Kathleen's Chai.Read more

    Good

This recipe is a great base starter. A bit of nutmeg makes it even better. Also the flavor is a bit weak so I suggest... adding more spices and boiling down the water so it will probably serve 4 people not 8.Read more

This recipe is not as robust or as bold as I would have liked, but with a few adjustments it was perfect for my family's... taste.Read more

    Fabulous!

I had been searching for a recipe that was easy to prepare and good. This one is it! I do add much more cardamom (21 pods -... I'm a cardamom freak) and ginger(about an inch). I also add a can of fat free evaporated milk instead of the cup of regular milk. The evaporated milk gives it a creamier texture. I've served this to friends who all love it.Read more
