This dish was easy to prepare, and very tasty. I love the balance of the lime juice, chili paste, and sugar. The different veggies were also delish. This will be a regular lunch for me!

You can't get a healtheir, more filling dish than this. I didn't even add all the veggies but the portions were substantial and kept me feeling full - a real help when you are losing weight. Also keeps well for several days as long as you toss the dressing on fresh each time. Thanks Kathleen!

How do you cook for a group where one person is eating low-carb, another is eating low-cal/low fat and yet another has wheat and seafood allergies? This recipe did the trick for my hard to feed group of gals. I am a 20-something that eats out 5 nights a week. This was a wonderful departure from heavy and expensive city dining. I fed myself and 4 hungry girlfriends and still had some salad left over!

This is the best chinese salad recipe I've come across. This dressing is light, but flavorful.

Very easy to make and fab flavor. You need to try this one. When I make it I use dressing on the side so I can take it to work w/ me the next day and it's not soggy or wilted. :

Very quick and simple to fix. Steps can be done ahead of time and then just toss it all with the dressing. I like a thicker dressing, personally but my husband loved the light taste the dressing had.
