    This is a new twist on an old favorite, and it's still tasty! The cream cheese instead of butter is healthier and adds a subtle sweetness to the garlic bread. This recipe could not get any simpler, -but just be careful not to let leave it in the oven too long!

    This is the most simple recipe and the best I've ever had. I have made this bread for everyone I know and everyone loves it. I personally add more garlic than the recipe calls for because I can never get enough garlic.

    Okay I have to be honest Im not a dieter, so I used full fat cream cheese. I made them once and found them slightly bitter because of the raw garlic (and I LOVE garlic and so thought Id try it again with roasted garlic paste instead, and it was WONDERFUL with the roasted garlic. So as written, I can only give it 4 stars. But really yummy, try it with the roasted garlic!

    This recipe wowed my high-fat calorie-loaded food loving parents! They never guessed that it was a low fat low-cal garlic bread. The light cream cheese adds a really nice richness to the garlic bread - yum!
