I went easy on the cumin and paprika and used the chopped tomatoes I had on hand instead of whole. Also went with chicken thighs instead of breasts. It didn't look too promising while I was cooking it but it did turn out very well and tastes great. We'll make this again!

My husband and kids are hard to please and they really enjoyed this recipe. I cooked my potatoes with a bit of the chicken broth which kinda carmelized with the onions before adding the rest of the ingredients. My family wants me to make this more often now. One other last item that pleases me is that it is a healthy dish with not much added fat.

this was really good but i would suggest leaving out the potatoes. why not have a baked potato on the side?

This dish was good except for the potatoes. It just didn't go with everything else. I made it a second time without the potatoes and it was better.

This recipe was easy to follow and turned out very well. I am going to try to adapt it to a curry recipe. You would never know that it is healthy.
