As much as I love salmon, I have never tried cooking it. My husband has always grilled it for me. Tonight I made this version of oven baked salmon and it was absolutely wonderful! I followed the directions only adding a little olive oil and baking about 5 minutes longer. It was a super hit! My new #1........thank you!!

I used the recipe for the baking instructions, and my salmon got waaaay too done. When reading through the recipe, I thought the temperature might be a bit high for the cooking time, and I was unfortunately right.

How could something so simple be so delicious? I shy away from cooking fish, but since wild salmon is available now, I really wanted to cook some. I wanted to grill it, but found this recipe and within 25 minutes, I had an excellent meal on the table! I also used baby dill, a little olive oil, and juice from fresh lemons. I will be making this a lot.

Wow !! I read over the reviews . I tried 4 3 to 4 ounce pieces with fresh tarragon and rosemary ( pepper and a tad of EVOO . then the other four with fresh chopped basil . Both were great !! . The sweet basil was cruchy, sweet and added just the right flavor . Thanks for the idea !!

I have been doing this for years ... I do drizzle it with liquid butter (but could use olive oil season with garlic powder & onion powder and it disappears from the plate from our 18 month old granddaughter (both of her sisters, ages 3 & 4 to her grandfather and everyone in-between ... it is one of our favorites

Quick and easy! Try cajun or blackening seasoning for a spicy alternative.
