Oven-baked salmon was very delicious, I have never prepared salmon before, and I relied on food network for a recipe. It only took less than 30 minutes to have dinner on the table. Just followed the recipe -15 minute to bake. That was it. I would recommend this recipe to everyone. Thanks for this awesome recipe.

I'm paranoid about meat being underdone, so I always have trouble when preparing it because I tend to overcook it. I love salmon, but I can't say the same for my husband because he usually has it the way I cook it, which always turns out tough and overdone. Tonight I followed this recipe and it turned out perfect! Flaked away easily with a fork, and succulent and juicy, just like a good salmon steak should be. Instead of eating his usual half-portion, my husband cleaned his plate and said it was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe!

I threw a little butter on it too and wrapped it loosely in tinfoil - we gobbled it up, delicious!

I love salmon and prefer to grill it. Alas, winter has arrived in West Texas where strong winds and cold air often prohibit that method of cooking salmon. I had been looking for something to keep us eating healthy salmon year round. Last week another norther blew in about the time I was ready to fire up the grill, so I tried the recipe. My husband and I were not disappointed. This is now my go-to method for cold weather salmon.

This salmon came out wonderful, and I have made different salmon recipes before. It was tasty, moist, and healthy.. Will make again and again.

I had never cooked Salmon before but tasted it in restaurants and thought it must have taken a lot. I thought I would try this recipe. Just finished eating and it was perfect! Took 20 min to cook. I used Lemon/Pepper and salt. .
