My first time came out just a bit underdone but was great nonetheless. I added some lemon juice and sliced lemon which made it just a bit too moist and juicy. Next time I will compensate for that by squeezing less lemon juice over the salmon. With salt, pepper, & served over a small bed of baby spinach leaves, this dish has jump started my new diet!

I made this for my boyfriend tonight and he loved it. This is the first time I've cooked fish because I don't usually eat it. I added a little garlic powder with the salt and pepper before cooking. Then squeezed some lemon juice on it before eating. Thanks for the recipe.

So, I used this recipe for the oven temperature and time and used my own mix of spices. Before putting the Salmon in the oven I drizzled it with olive oil and put garlic, creole seasoning, and seasoning salt on it. After I removed it from the oven, I squeezed a slice of lime over it. My mother absolutely loved it, and suggested I become a cook. GO ME!

The simple preparation really brought out the buttery-ness of the salmon. It was flaky and delicate, yet moist. I whole-heartedly recommend this recipe for anyone who enjoys fish.

If you have delicious wild-caught fresh salmon, this simple preparation is the best way to bring out the flavor. I rubbed the salmon with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper and baked it per the instructions.

I cook mine like the recipe calls, but serve over steamed white rice and then drizzle some teriyaki marinade to taste on top of the salmon...gives it a great taste and covers that little bit of fishy taste for you picky fish eaters.

    Ms. Dalemans,

Thank you for your easy recipe for oven-baked salmon. My husband usually likes it cooked on top of the stove with a little water which I am not too fond of,
myself. He said to me, "Honey, this is delicious." I kicked up a notch by putting some celery and tomatoes around it.

With a tossed salad and Stove Top Stuffing, he thought that I was preparing this all day. Ladies, we will keep this a well-kept secret.

Kudos to you and Ms. Mangia Maria.
