    These were great - they're a perfect healthy snack. I left out the cumin and just salted them to have with dip. They were delicious and gone in 5 minutes!

    this recipe is easy to make and very delicious. i baked it for 13 minutes and the pita chips came out with still a bit of soft texture to it.

    Use any herb you like, good any way you do them. Planning on serving this on Thanksgiving with some kind of dip as a snack for my guests.
