    So Yummy and Easy! I used broccoli, mushrooms and onions because I didn't have the other items. I turned the broiler on them for the last few minutes to get them a little toasty. It turned out great!

    Even if you don't like cauliflower the sweetness of the corn mixed with the roasting makes the cauliflower delicious. My husband loved it so that says alot!
